Completed my masters in univ of WINDSOR Ontario last June...and got my work permit in September and to apply my PNP I have deposited my money of 12000$ in november... And worked in some company as general labour for couple of months...and came to India as a vacation in November 2015...and has to go back to Canada on Feb 8th now my doubt is I want to stay 1 more month in India...as I am staying in India for 4 months does it affect my status..and also I want to apply for PNP in may..does it affect my PNP too...because as per PNP rules we have to stay at least 1 year in last two years... Plz clarify my doubt...thanks in adv
