Doubt question 13: About immigration or citizenship status

13.- Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada (this includes your country of birth)?
Here is my doubt: I am from Mexico and living in Canada. I answered YES, put my DOB as a Date obtained, and put "Citizien" as Status. Is this correct?
