Doubt about Work Permit Form

Hello Guys:

I am currently applying for a study permit and an Open Work Permit for my wife.

I am (with her) completing the "Work Permit Form"


There is a section in the Form that asks her about the "duration of expected employement", It is necessary to complete that Section? Should it be the duration of my Study Program?

There's also a "expected Job title" section, so, If she fills that section, that means she HAS to work in that Job?
