Hello,
I got a LMIA based closed work permit from an employer while living outside Canada and the application was approved and I got my passport stamped for the same. I haven't yet moved to Canada. But now I am thinking of leaving the employer and work with another employer who can also sponsor me a LMIA based work permit. So my question is If I leave my earlier employer for whom my application was approved and passport was stamped, and apply the application again with the second employer,
1. Would there be any problems in getting the second application approved?
2. If two applications are approved and two stampings are done on my passport, would there be any problems at border entry of Canada?
3. Should I come to Canada first and leave my employer and then apply with the second one?

Considering how it's a closed permit, the visa officer may be confused unless you clearly explain you will not take up the first offer of employment. Then, if your second application is approved, your first visa will be cancelled when you submit the passport for the second visa.

If you are not taking up work on the first closed work permit, you cannot use it to travel as you would be misrepresenting.

Yes, I won't be working/travelling with the first closed work permit, the thing is would the second application be easily approved, or do I need to submit a clarification letter that the last permit I have I won't be working/ joining them?
If the first visa is cancelled, the border entry won't create any problems for me to enter Canada?
