Don't understand my NOC code

I currently work as a Sales Administrator for a travel company in the UK.
I have identified my NOC Classification as 0601.

If the first 0 is Management occupations which is Skill category type 0
the second digit 6 is category type but Skill level D

do I have an NOC classification of '0' or 'D' for purposes of am I a skilled worker or not?

Yours is Skill type 0. Check the NOC 2011 Matrix in the following link which will clarify the matter.
