Dont have IELTS score card for citizenship

I am applying for Canadain citizenship and its asking for my IELTS score card. Unfortunately, I do not have the ielts score card and the IDP is not giving me the test scores as I took my last test in 2018

can anyone advice me how to approach this

1. Check if you have copy stored anywhere
2. Give the test again
3. Use your educational qualification proof to skip test.
