don't have birth date of ex

I was married before and am trying to complete paperwork regarding ex. It wants his birthdate. I don't know it, searched internet and found a month and two different years, nothing had the day of the month and I'm not even sure if what I found for month and year is correct. I think he was born in 1957. What should I put down on the form? Was married to him at age 18, I am 56 now. Thank you.

Isn't every thing on your marriage certificate His date of birth etc.

I don't have any records except divorce certificate and it's not on there. Only the date of the divorce.

This is an important piece of information . What about old family member of his.Can you find them on facebook .Or you could apply for a copy of your marriage certificate

Not knowing where he lives i can understand that ,but not knowing your ex husbands date of birth is like forgetting your kids birthday . Its just my opinion. The op has the divorce certificate so i'm sure cic wont question.

Just explain on a separate sheet that you haven't been in contact with him for X years and cannot recall his birthdate. It won't be an issue.
