DONT EXPECT ANYTHING NOW WHO APPLIED ON OR AFTER DEC 1st 2010

Hi ,folks i think all you know this news right !!!!!!! after submitting a plea letter from all the law firms and consultancies who offer Canada immigration services they issued a written letter on Canadian consular letter head stating that we can not touch the files until JUNE 2013 those who applied on or after 1st DEC 2010 applied for PR under FSW1 category. Hmmmmmmmm so it is no way that i can see anything this year as i applied in JUNE 2011 so not even early in the next year....... what is this nonsense man,,,,,even they included may be 1 or 2 cases may be evaluated after that particular day that doesnt mean that we started processing of all the applications those who applied after Dec1st 2010 ........they want to play with our lives after almost 3 years damn......this is un tolerable man... even in the news and events of CIC website stating the same thing they will finish all the files by DEC 2014 those who applied before this partial hold on FSW category .

By applying you mean initial application to CIO or application to Visa Office along with full documents

Can you also confirm from your agency about the date of application as it the initial or final application to VO after Dec 2010

I think your lawyer is focking with you that's why he is not giving you any information go to his office and beat him up

Really I want to do it like that .... But he us in Canada I am in USA ... I emailed him 7 times since morning today coz he is not responding for the calls

What is the source of the information that you are providing (that they will not touch applicants received on or after Dec 2010, before June 2013) ?

Yeah exactly I am trying to get the copy if that letter from my agency since 2 days but not happening sorry for that please try to cooperate if possible please ask your friends or consultancies in Canada ASAP thanks

My friends today also I tried to contact my attorney and my agency ,but my agency said we can let get the fax by next week hope I should get it by next week !! I should get the letter at least to shut down some mouths here

NO problem man, ,,,take a look at my timeline and see how long I waited so far
even worse, most pre 2008 applications were eliminated after waiting for 8 years,,,,your case is not so bad in comparison to that,,,,,CIC can do whatever it wishes

Brother I am not at all worrying I know lot of people behind me ,I respect you people and I wish the god to clear off your files before me , I want to pass this message to those people applied late just don't check everyday like crazy as what I am doing and some of my friends doing everyday checking the cic website may be we can see ' in process ' words ,for all those guys I am requesting them wait until June 2013 and concentrate on other things don't waste your time ,but I am telling you clearly I just worrying about you much rather than me ,coz once they clear your files only they will see ours that's a simple logic right !!!
