Dominican Passport with Canadian PR Card

Hi Guys,
Quick question. My husband has been living in Canada for 2 years now. Hes from DR and has his permanent resident card. Is he allowed to travel to Europe with it or he cant since he still has a Dominican passport?

Your PR card is only for Canada so when you want to check the entry requirements of other countries, it is based on your Dominican passport and will certainly need a visa. However, it is possible it is easier to get a visa because you are a PR of Canada.
