Doing medicals in advance for my spouse in Pakistan

Hi Guys,

I am currently residing in Canada and will be doing my meds in advance (I applied about 14 months ago under CEC - file got transferred to NY early march but haven't heard anything from CIC)

I was wondering if someone on this forum has or knows someone who has done meds in advance from a country other than Canada. Which office does the DMP send these results to... is it their local processing center or do they send it to Ottawa (if so does anyone know what's the address).

I am contemplating this option because the processing of my file has taken too long and I am not quite sure why. Could it be that I added my spouse to my application in December 2010 ?
