Hi all,

Would you please help me to choose the correct answer for this question: Does [your name] have a job offer in Canada?

Let me explain my current status:
I am currently working in Canada since Sep 2014 on Work Permit in Software Development company as a full time permanent basis. My work permit is without LMIA because of Intra Company Transfer case. So my job is not valid to claim for 600 points in express entry. What answer I should choose for the above question? Do I select YES and in the subsequent answer I should specify that I work on full time basis on work permit without LMIA. Or Should I select NO?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Where do you encounter this question? Questionnaire for Work permit application?

Answer no to this question - valid job offers refer to jobs with an approved LMIA

Ha, that's why I asked.

If it appear on the questionnaire for work permit, it is YES so you can apply for work permit.

If it is for EE then NO if you do not have LMIA.
