Does WES/IQAS evaluates a PGDM degree as a MASTERS degree?

Hi,
I've recently completed my 2 years PGDM (Marketing) distance learning course from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (Autonomous Institute - UGC & AICTE Approved).
I am on the edge to submit my documents for evaluation procedure and would like to understand that whether an Evaluation body would evaluate a PGDM degree as a MASTERS degree?
If yes, then with which body should I proceed, WES/IQAS?
Request you to kindly revert soon on my qs as I'm missing only 1 point and if they evaluate my degree as masters then I stand eligible for the express entry profile.
