I am from Pakistan and below are my educational details.
1. Matric in Science
2. FSc Pre-Engineering
3. Bachelors in Computer Engineering
4. Mphil in TQM
I want to submit my documents for ECA and both my bachelors and mphil institutes exist in WES list. But one of my friend advised me to send my documents using IQAS/ICAS instead of WES as he believes that WES will not consider my Mphil degree equivalent to masters and IQAS or ICAS will consider it. He said you will get canada bachelors degree equivalence for all my degrees.
I am really confused as I need ECA equivalent to Masters degree to secure good points for canada immigration. What to do? Should I go with WES or IQAS/ICAS?
Also, once evaluated from WES can I choose another body for another ECA?
Any help will be highly appreciated. Any one from Pakistan who got ECA for his/her Mphil degree in TQM equivalent to masters in Canada.
