I had asked JNU to send my MA marksheet transcripts and a copy of my degree certificate over two weeks ago, but I am yet to send my bachelors transcripts from Calcutta University (leaving for Kolkata to do that tomorrow). My WES status, however, remains "Status: On Hold/ We Are Waiting For Your Documents". So, my question is, does WES update its status only after receiving both sets of documents or does it say something on the lines of "waiting for additional documents" after receiving one set? I am a little worried here because I have no idea if JNU is just sitting on my request, given that I have no way of tracking the mail that they were supposed to have sent. Attempts to contact WES and JNU over phone and mail have gone in vain.
