Hi.. I have a Master's degree from US and When I tried requesting for transcripts for ECA. They sent me a link for online request. But it asks for a delivery address.should I have the WES address in order to have them mail directly? If yes, where do I put my WES reference number ?

Yes you can just put WES address on the form. You should already receive an instruction from WES telling you which address you should use. You can put the reference number in parentheses after WES in the field of recipient (or anywhere, it doesn't matter).
