Depends what you mean by "wrongdoing".Just as the title suggests....
A joke post on 9gag which someone took as an intention to do a USA school shooting and reported to the FBI....Depends what you mean by "wrongdoing".
That's a very unique situation and I doubt any of us will be able to comment. Make sure you declare the US refusal when you apply for PR.A joke post on 9gag which someone took as an intention to do a USA school shooting and reported to the FBI....
Right. Bad choice of words on my part. Either way, you have to declare the revocation in your PR application. Make sure you do that.It wasn't a refusal...I got the visa initially....
When did the revocation happen? Before or after you submitted your PR application?I didn't, and I'm already in the Background check stage....
Did you declare the revocation in any of your previous application to Canada? In 2018, so before. I visited Canada last year though.
Yes, you were asked.None. Nor was I asked about it.
YesAre you sure? Is revocation same as refusal ?
I'll make sure to notify them as quickly as possible then, l was also refused a visa in 2014 to the US which I simply forgot to mention....I'm terrified this might present me as deceitful...
