I got conditional offer letter from University of Windsor in Meng for may-2021 intake with conditions of proof of degree and final transcripts.
I sent above official docs to Windsor and asked for unconditional offer letter but they replied they don't reissue offer letter and it would be fine to use conditional offer letter for student visa application. Also I need to mention that in my conditional offer letter it is written that it is official final letter of acceptance.
so I want to know does uni of windsor issue unconditional offer letter or not, and if not then is it ok use conditional offer letter for study permit application.
