Does type A work experience BEFORE degree count?

It's from the online learning university based in different country and i was based in another country.
The degree i received is for regular bachelors and it no where states that its an online learning. Same is the case with my Masters, and WES acknowledged the Canadian equivalency as Masters.
yeah, as long as you were working full time and have the documentation to prove it from the employer, you should be fine.

I studied English at the university between 2014-2018.
I started working part-time as an editor of a campus magazine between 2015 to 2017.
The work was fully paid and properly documented but I was 17 years old when I started the job. Can I use this experience to claim points for FSW?

if you meet the requirement, yes. You will need employment letter on letterhead signed by campus magazine detailing your responsibilitie, hours, salary and time worked.
