Does this relate to QSW applicants as well or is it solely for FSW applicants

Hello All,

I came to this page recently

Is this applicable for QSW applicants as well, during the time of applying to Federal, post sucessful QSW interview; or is it only for direct FSW applicants.

Also, would anyone know any developments since QSW office was transferred from Hong Kong to Montreal. I have been waiting for over 2 years and 6 months after receipt of my AOR.
