Does the work experience have to be in last five years or from total years of working?

Hi, I am planning to apply For Quebec skilled worker program for my wife, unfortunately she quit working in 2016 (after 8 years of work). I want to know what are the requirements for work experience, the point calculation grid was a little confusing, do they only count the work experience in last 5 years or in total years of working?
