I can renew my PR card 9 month befroe it expires

my card expires on jul 06 2024, so I can renew in the october 2023

if I strat coculating 5 years before from oct 2023 that was oct 2018

I didnt recive my pr at that time , but I stayed in canada from oct 2018- oct 2019 does this year can be count

as a year I stay in canada , and does this year is valid for my Pr card renew.
