Product support Specialist is Customer Care Representative, is it not? Then it is 2282. Job title does not have to match, but job responsibilities should match (be similar).

Important part from your post :
- supporting our customers through telephone and web meeting support, initial configuration, assisting with configuration changes and answering all manner of customer inquiries.
- supporting end users all the way up to the finance teams at our customers.
- play a central role in relaying customer feedback to the product design and strategic development process.

I think you are good with the job. Though your reference letter has to be more detailed.
