Does T4A Contract work count towards Express Entry work experience for PR?

Hi, I am currently on my PGWP seeking for work. I'm being offered an "Open contract" (i.e. no end date indicated) by a company. I'm told I'd be issued a T4A at the end of the year and the company will not help with deducting taxes, EI (all that sort of stuff.)

Would this position make me eligible for Express Entry? Are there any questions I should be asking that I haven't thought of? Im new to this.
