DOes study permit application comes under federal canadian immigration application??

I am in verge of applying for SINP after I received ITA.. Meanwhile I have already received study permit approval for Canada in Decemver 2020 and am planning to come to Canada in fall'21.. While posting application for SINP, they have asked whether u have previously applied for federal Canadian immigration application?? Does study permit falls under this or not?? Yes or no..
