i got my degree from IGNOU and they wont provide year wise results only a consolidated marksheet..but i have an official transcript from the university stating that they wont provide year wise results signed by the head of student evaluation division IGNOU.....will this allow me to get a student visa.... if not...what are the other things i should do....
