I'm not sure if the strike is still in effect. But as a result
Some officers were moved over to temp visas instead of pr processing so it does have an impact. We just need to be patient. Either way, officers are still working on pr apps.

I would say "Yes". My medical results were updated 2 months ago and ECAS status updated to "Decision Made" a month ago. Still I haven't received my PPR. I am just one among many.
