Does SPP Study permit take 15 days to process from Bangalore!

Hi All,
I am applying for a GCert course in canada in St Lawrence college. I wanted to know does it take 15 days to process the SPP Visa or does it take more than that to process it from India, Bangalore.
I live in Bangalore and the Canadian Consulate is in Bangalore.

It can take anywhere between 3 days to 2 months. Who gave u this wrong info of 15 days? Normal processing time is 5 weeks.
