Does spouse needs WES report for Work

Please clarify if Spouse needs WES report for job in canada? Principal Applicant has WES report for Visa purposes.

WES assessments are for immigration application (visa) purposes. For job applications, employers will be interested in work experience.

That's correct. In my experience of 2 yrs and 3 interviews, no one has asked for wea report. I did that in times when this was not a requirement for immigration, simply because i was told tjat companies look for this. But after coming here, not a single person has asked me for the report. I would say dont spend money for your spouce if thats not a requirement for immigration.
