Does sibling count as accompany person.

Hello experts,

My scenario is that my brother got his visitor visa approved for tourism last month, I am planning to apply for a visitor tourist visa to travel together, BTW we are all working and everyone has his own job and family members but in this trip we are planning to travel only me and him for a two weeks only.

based on my scenario the question is, should I check Yes to the question regarding accompanying person and provide his passport and sticker visa as a supporting docs?

Please I need an answer.

Others can correct me but I would interpret that as being anyone on the same application who is accompanying you not someone who already has a visa and as far as IRCC is concerned may or may not be travelling with you at same time.

As said thats how I would interpret it given your application is nothing to do with your brothers and whether you happen to be on same plane is not a consideration on whether you get a visa or not..
