Does RBC give a Job Approval Letter

Hi Everyone,

I just got a full-time permanent job offer from Royal Bank of Canada as an "Insurance Advisor"
Will I need an English test when applying for Saskatchewan Nominee Program under the Saskatchewan graduate category.
Also, does RBC give a job approval letter, was told not all employers give the letter.
