Does Provincial Act such as Highway and Traffic Act disualify you from landing!

I have my CoPR and had criminal charges withdrawn against me, however my license got suspended under Highway and Traffic Act. Can I still Land through the border.

Licence suspension should not make any impact on your landing but criminal charges may be.
