Does previous usa visit visa rejection cause problems for canada pr?

I applied for visit visa of usa around 4 yrs ago. It was rejected cz they said i didnot have enough ties in my current country ie i might not return.
Will this impact my pr for canada?

So wat shd i wrote in loe? Just the readon of rejection .seone wrote on the form that if you said yes to any question u need to add schedule A(IMM0008_4E).
Wat is that?
