Does previous govt. assistance disqualify you from PR?

Hi, I'm a U.S. citizen whose family has previously received health benefits (Medicaid). We will be starting an EE profile soon. Is there a question about this sort of thing anywhere in the application process? Would this disqualify us or impact us negatively for consideration? Thank you.
