does pnp program cares if I have family in other provinces?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had experience about pnp qualification about my scenario below:
I am about to apply for NBPNP program, I have sister and brother living in BC. according to them it is very expensive there, so I decided to apply under New Brunswick. However I am worried if the province rejects me base on my family.
Any inputs will help.
Thanks,

Nothing to worry about. Go ahead
It's not correct. You will be asked to prove your intention to reside in the province you are applying if you have family members living in other provinces.
