Does PNP documents submitted & express documents have to be same?

I got my PNP nomination and I got ITA. I have stronger documents for submissions to express entry. Do my docs in PNP & EE have to match exactly? For example, my reference letter is in the same format as IRCC wants but for PNP I submitted experience certificate and offer letter and it was sufficient…

If you are applying to EE using pnp score then yes, the documentation must match
