Does paid vocation affect CEC applications?

Hi
I started my full time job on 1st April 2015 (NOC class :B). I have been working 40hrs/week since the day i joined. I am getting paid bi-weekly. According to me i will be eligible for CEC after 31 March 2016. I would i like to mention here that i have worked for lots of overtime hours during this 1 years of time. I took only 2 or 3 days(Paid Medical Leaves) off from work since i joined.

I have 2 weeks paid vocations. I want to take leave for 4 weeks (last week of March and first 3 weeks of April) out of which last of March and first week of April will be paid. During this week i will leave Canada.

Now my confusion is, will that vocation affect on my CEC application?
I have planed to make my EE profile on 1st April. Now in reality, it sounds like i will apply after 51 weeks of work because on 52th week i will be on vocations.
I have checked CIC website but didn't get any clear information.
What should i do ?
Thanks

Yes, paid vacation (in your case, first and last week) counts. The 2 weeks of unpaid vacation doesn't.

When applying to PR as CEC, CIC is asking for a company letter stating time worked, since started date to letter day and average hours per week, or total hours number.

You need to have at least 1 year in this letter, better a little bit more in my opinion, keeping payrolls and other documents just in case CIC request more information.

My company letter (more than 2 years firts) doesn't specified paid/unpaid vacation time, I do believe isn't relevant.

In my opinion, without really knowing too much about your situation CIC regulations, paid vacation time is part of the job, I'm not too sure about unpaid time but you won't be asked to provide such level of detail in your application (except CIC asked for)

Sometimes I worked 21 days in a row with 2 days off, sometimes I worked 1 day per week, I got paid and unpaid vacation, but nothing of it was in my company later, just worked period and hours.

However if CIC officers have any doubts they can request additional details.

I believe you could be OK but it's better apply "safety first" rule, so if you can delay a few weeks your vacation you'll be more confident about the PR application, avoiding several moths worrying about it.

Note you can fill your EE profile anytime, don't need to wait to April 1st, in fact I recommend you to do it, just to be more familiar with it. You can just keep a bit incomplete your profile to avoid receive a ITA too soon, or even withdrawn it immediately after finish it. (Better don't wait to get ITA needing to refuse it because someone else will lost a opportunity).

After ITA received you have only 2 monts to send PR application, including several company letters (position, task, experience, dates....), police certificates, proof of funds, pictures, birth certificates, Passport not expiring soon.... So it's better preparing documents in advance (except in your case the company time worked letter, because you need it after April 1st).

Unpaid vacation is not really vacation. It's a period when you were unemployed. The applicant must make it clear in their EE profile and application, else they risk misrepresenting their case.

In the past I've seen applicants get rejected for not meeting the 1 year of employment requirement due to unpaid vacation.

makes sense unpaid leave could be considered as not working time for inmigration purposes, however I don't consider this time as unemployed, because the relation with the company still.

Working with my company them are not recording differently days not worked by unpaid leave or because wasn't work available.

Should we fill the work history including unpaid leave periods? There's any Inmigration document where confirm it?

Anyways better delay a few weeks this unpaid leave to guarantee mrpannu100 works more than 1 year, of course.
