I'm a 22M and want to immigrate to Canada but the process seems overwhelming. I'm trying to learn programming at the age of 22! that's right, and will only be considered as a graduate. Also, I want to immigrate as soon as possible so after completing my programming course, I will only be doing one year of job and that' s it . So, in order to maximise my score, I'm thinking if any online degrees will be considered as diplomas or such. Do they have to be one year long? I will most likely be doing courses from coursera.com or edx.com . Thanks for the replies guys, sorry if I did it wrong it's my first post here.

This is one process you will have to learn. ALL CIC sites are self-serve so you will have to research it. I can help by answering a few general questions. There are very specific educational requirements. The course(s) must be recognized by WES if taken outside of Canada. You have to do IELTS; the English test and get at least 6.5. The rest of the requirements you should be able to find at the following sites. Do PRECISELY what they ask.
