Some one please, HELP, HELP I received a File No. from MPNP and they were saying I did not meet eligibility criteria because of the following reasons:

i used one friend using the Manitoba Affidavits of Support instead of two. Can I now resubmit using the Settlement Plan instead and one person; and

Two, my education, employment and settlement fund documents did not have original/fresh ink notary stamp/seal with signature. I know I did not send copies to the MPNP, they were all originals. How can I prove otherwise. At the time the documents were stamp the ink were not that bright in colour. My question how can i prove otherwise. Someone please advise. I haven't received my letter but my sponsor called and told me.

Hello alvira,

It's a painful experience, but you have to face the situation couragiously.

I will advise that you immediately request your sponsor to send the letter containing the file No. to you by e-mail. This is very important as you need to quote the file No. in your communication to MPNP.

Finally, you should write an e-mail to MPNP highlighting point by point as contained in the letter addressed to you with a view to providing all the missing/innappropriate documents MPNP claimed you sent. Inform MPNP with a definit time frame that the documents pointed out will be sent with a replacement.

Whatever the response you receive should be acted upon. Don't give up yet.

When exactly in September, 2012 did you submit your application?

Hello

Gena thank you so much for replying to me. My sponsor have since email me a copy of the letter with a File No attached along with the reasons that i had given to you in my previous email. i will definitely take your advise and act upon it. For your information I had submitted the application on the 24th September 2012. My sponsor also told me that she had taken the entire document to the MPNP Help Centre for them to check the documents to see that everything was okay before submitting it. After checking they said everything was okay and hand it back to her and she hand delivered it herself personally to the MPNP office at Notre Dame. So based on that we had taken it for granted that all was okay with my document. Gina do you have an email address I can send my request to the provincial nominee office. Hoping to hear from you. Thanks again Gina. Alvira

Dear alvira,

Below refers as requested:
(1) immigratemanitoba @ gov.mb.ca
(2) immigratemanitoba.com

You can send an e-mail to either or both of the e-mail addresses above.

Lastly, the Acknowledgement Of Receipt (AOR) is the same as File Number. Is the letter of ineligibility different from the AOR sent to you or the ineligibity statement is contained in the AOR? What is the date of the AOR (File No.)? My reason for these questions is to know if you have not delayed in reporting this.

I passed through the same process like you & my application submitted same time September, 2012. I received my File No. 20th February, 2013.

Expecting your response.
