Does NOC-2173 fall under Skill level 0 or A or B ??

Hi Guys,

Please confirm if NOC -2173 falls under Skill type 0 or Skill level A or B as i saw the minimum requirement in CIC site as below.

Remember that you must have work experience in an occupation in Skill type 0 or Skill level A or B and that your experience must have occurred during the 10 years before the date of application.

I am applying for FSW 3 as i have one year exp in canada hence i do not need to be in list of 38 ministerial instructions ,
can someone confirm if NOC -2173 falls Skill type 0 or Skill level A or B??
