Does my work experience count for Express entry

Hey guys, I have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering but could not find a job in my field so I ended up working in customer service to make ends meet.

I have a total of 3 years of work experience. 2 years as call center agent 1 year customer service executive

Can I use this experience in my express entry application or does it not count for the skilled worker category?

What is the NOC and TEER level of a call centre agent. Check the database. If TEER 4, then you can count one year experience. Again check the database.
