Does my uncle's x-wife qualify as relative (aunt) in Canada?

Hi,

My Uncle is a Canadian citizen and lived in Toronto for 20+ years. He was married to a Canadian citizen and had a son (my cousin!)... But is now divorced from his first wife and lives in the US with his second wife.

Does his first wife qualify as an aunt for Express Entry points? Or does he qualify as an uncle as he no longer resides in Canada?
