Does my spouse have to submit PCC if already in Canada as a PR?

Hi all,

I am keen on going through the express entry route rather than family sponsorship. Does my spouse need to submit PCC’s while being in Canada as a PR?

Thanks @jackdawn. I thought so too. To be clear again, we are Indian so she does not require the PCC for India to be submitted again right while she is in Canada?

NO. Not about being Indian or anything. Since she is already a PR, she doesnt need to provide PCC or medicals for your application, irrespective of being in Canada or not.
