Does my mom have a chance at a Canada tourist visa? She's divorced, no savings, no job, she makes a

She makes a living from private lessons (better deal than a job where we're from) and is paid cash. 2 of her kids are Permanent Residents; we can write her an invitation letter.

Does she have a chance at getting a tourist visa if we explain that we'll pay for all her expenses and that it's just a short stay ?

I don't qualify yet to ask for a super-visa. I have enough savings to support her stay though.

TRV requires that she show that she has the funds to pay for all her travel expenses. She must also have strong ties to her home country. Previous travel history to countries that are similar to Canada also has an impact.

Without more info very hard to comment.
