I just got my ME today, does this mean that everything else of my personal data (employment, pay, identity, etc etc) everything other than my health has been approved by the immigration officer already ?

Eligibility (education, work experience, language proficiency, etc.) is passed. Security and criminal background checks, usually no.

No. When I got my RPRF and Biodata request, it stated that eligibility has passed, however this statement was included:

Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.
