Does MBA from India is recognized as Masters from WES ?

Seeking for help.

Anybody recently did ECA from WES ? I completed MBA in 2009, its full time course and UGC recognized university. I have applied WES, but i read lot of forums stating that , WES wont consider as masters which are done in India. Apparently, this is happening past few months ? Can you please share your opinion on the same. If WES wont consider masters than which would be good ECA provider ? is it IQAS or CES ? what are the timelines ?
