From where to apply for IELTS..BRITISH COUNCIL OR IDP
Does it affects scores?

I too both

BC is from UK and IDP is from Australia. Apply for both same exam with all same exam nature.

BC - Sec ABCD
IDP - Sec ACDB.

Only the section of a topic change, other than i think no change.

BC exam are more neat and clean --- From My opinion.
