Does it matter where I select to live after being issued the ITA?

Almost finished uploading documents to CIC but the section that ask where do you intend to live has me thinking hard and apart of my delay for submitting. I've done some bit of research but have not made a decision. Does it matter which city I choose now? Will I be confined to that province/city if I choose for instance Toronto, Canada but 3 months after submitting decide that maybe Alberta is a better province for me. I don't have a provincial nomination but just wondering if it matters submitting one place I'll live but actually going elsewhere when I land.

You are not confined to live anywhere, just dont make the mistake of picking a city in the province of Quebec.

only matters in case of pnp and Quebec otherwise no issues..
