Does it matter if we delete our current EE profile and recreate it?

Question in the title! I have seen many people deleting their previous profile and recreating a new one to receive nominations. Does this even help? Does this increase ones chance to get the nomination? Please advise.

Can anybody shed somelight on this please.

I created a profile where in I got a question in starting
Q1. Have you ever been denied visa by ircc. To which I answered No (as I thought they meant my EE application for PR visa.)

But I was once denied visitor visa to canada as I never had hotel booking and didn't have valid reasons according to the letter they issued me.

Now I want to change that question to YES but I don't see that question anymore.
Can I delete this profile and make a new one? Will it create some issue?

Also should I answer YES for the above question. I'm hoping that's the right answer.
