Does it lower my chance to get study permit if

Hello everyone, i have applied at Cambrian College for Computer Systems Technology and got rejected for jan 2020 intake. And now for 2020 may intake, i have applied for different college for Business Administration - International Business. Does it lower my chance to get study permit ? Is it good idea to change course and college. I changed the course because there is no any courses of computer for may 2020 intake. Please reply. Thanks.

Just finished class 12 in june 2019. My field is commerce with computer and math. My cgpa of 12 is 3.03 my ielts score is 6.5 no less than 6. I have applied to computer system technology for jan 2020 intake. Now i have applied for offer letter for Business Administration - international business. Now plz reply does it lower my visa chance ?
