Hello, All:
I applied for study permit from outside of Canada in 2013, which was a paper based application. And now I want to know what kind of documents I submitted 5 years ago through Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request. And then I got reply from ATIP one month later. It looks like all other documents are destroyed and only application result notification (3 pages in PDF) left and released to me. I attached the email from ATIP here.
And I also did another request about my work permit online application , which I got all submitted documents released.
My question: does government / IRCC / CIC have my submitted documents for my study permit application in 2013?
From my understanding, all the paper documents should be scanned after I submitted them and being kept, but why I cannot get them released? something I did is wrong? Thanks in advance
